30 days, any reason, opened or not.

How to return something
Email hello@mattiva.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with a prepaid return label. You don't need to explain yourself, and you don't need the original packaging.

When you get your money back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving, or of us confirming the return by email, whichever is first. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post it. Return shipping is free, and original shipping is refunded on defective or incorrect items.

Damaged, wrong, or missing
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund it, your choice. No return needed.

Subscriptions
Skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account page. No phone call, no retention script. Cancelling stops all future charges. A subscription order that has already shipped is covered by the 30-day policy above.

Before you dispute a charge
Email us first. We will almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. The charge on your statement reads MATTIVA HEALTH if you're trying to place it.
